4. Our Commitment: We Do Not Sell Your Data

We want to be clear: Kurby does not and will not sell your personal information to third parties.

We believe your data belongs to you. While we may share certain information as outlined in this policy (such as with service providers who help us deliver our services), we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes or financial gain. Your trust is our priority, and protecting your privacy is fundamental to our business model.

No mobile information — including your mobile phone number and your SMS/text messaging consent — will be shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Kurby offers an optional SMS text messaging program, delivered through our messaging provider Twilio, so you can receive timely notifications about your account and reports. Participation is completely optional, and SMS notifications are turned off by default. This section explains how the program works and how you can opt in, get help, and opt out.

Types of messages you may receive

If you opt in, Kurby sends account- and service-related (transactional) text messages, which may include:

• Alerts that an auto-generated neighborhood report is ready
• Alerts that new property listings were found for a site you are monitoring
• Notifications about your remaining credit balance

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in (consent)

You provide your express consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Kurby by (a) enabling "SMS notifications" in your Auto-Report settings and (b) entering the mobile phone number where you want to receive them. By doing so, you confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that number and agree to receive text messages from Kurby at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and notification settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, or turn off "SMS notifications" in your Auto-Report settings. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, simply opt in again using the steps above.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is never shared or sold

Kurby will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS/text messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to operate the messaging program described above, including through our messaging provider (Twilio), which processes messages on our behalf.
